Preceptor applicants provide the professional and licensing information required for their role and jurisdiction. Profiles may remain pending while an administrator reviews the submitted information. Platform review does not replace verification by a school, employer, licensing authority, insurer, or placement site.

Any placement amount, platform allocation, release condition, and timing that applies is shown in the request, checkout, dashboard, or written agreement. Stripe Connect handles payout onboarding when enabled. Transfers require the configured completion and administrator-review workflow; income and payout timing are not guaranteed.

You retain absolute control over your availability. From your dashboard panel, you can set your exact operational dates, limit the maximum number of students you can supervise concurrently, block off vacation windows, and specify your preferred nurse practitioner or clinical tracks (e.g., FNP, PMHNP, Acute Care).

Students can upload school requirements and placement documents to the protected request workspace. Preceptors can review relevant files and communicate about missing items. Each school and clinical site controls its own affiliation, signature, and approval process.

Students are responsible for logging their daily shift activities and hours inside their dashboard panel. You will receive an automated end-of-week summary to verify, adjust, or sign off on their reported data with a single digital authorization click, keeping track processes highly transparent.

Taking a student may create professional, facility, supervision, privacy, insurance, and school obligations. Confirm requirements with your employer or site, licensing authority, insurer, and the student's school before accepting.
